Because these pieces are made uniquely for you—rejecting factory haste and waste—all purchases are final-sale. We create zero waste and honor both the artisan’s hands and the earth’s materials; returns would compromise this covenant.

If Damaged in Transit
Should your piece arrive damaged, we’ll address it with urgency and care.
To file a claim:
- Notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Share photos of: all packaging (inside/outside), the damaged piece.
If approved:
- We’ll replace it with an identical piece (if possible).
- If replacement cannot be made (e.g., one-off/discontinued), you’ll receive:
→ Store credit (for future use), or
→ Refund to your original payment.
