Shipping within Canada
- We offer free shipping on all orders within Canada. No minimum order requirement.

Shipping to the USA
- Free shipping is offered for orders over $200 USD within the United States.
- Flat rate shipping of $14.90 is offered for orders that do not qualify for free shipping.
- A note on Tariffs for U.S. Orders: Shipping costs do not include additional customs or import duties.

International Shipping
- Shipping costs automatically populate at checkout based on order weight, volume, and address.
- However, these costs do not include additional customs or import duties, which may be incurred based on the final shipping destination. We are not able to quote customs and/or duty fees since they vary by country.

Return any unused, undamaged item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

- We cover return shipping costs for orders in the US and Canada: You'll receive a prepaid return label.
- Ship item back with all tags and original packaging.
- Refund Issued: Once received, we’ll review the item and process the refund to your original payment method or store credit. Refunds are processed within 24 hours of receiving and inspecting your return.
If your order is damaged in transit
We will address it with urgency and care, either through a replacement or a refund.To file a claim for damages in transit:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share photos of packaging and the damaged piece.
- We’ll replace it with an identical piece (if the product is still in stock).
- If replacement cannot be made (in the case of limited edition or out-of-stock products), you’ll receive:
→ Store credit (for future use), or
→ Refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
NOTE:
- We cover all return shipping costs with prepaid labels.
- All items must be unused, in new condition, with tags and original packaging intact. We cannot accept used or damaged returns.
- Customized items (such as monogrammed textiles) are final-sale.
- Variations in handcrafted products are not defects. Celebrate organic textures and irregularities—they’re artisan signatures that deepen your piece’s story. These are never grounds for return.
